Water Skid providing potable water at a construction site in Central Alberta.

Construction Site Water Delivery in Red Deer & Central Alberta

Temporary potable water supply for construction projects, renovations and job sites without dependable on-site water.

Construction does not always begin with permanent water service in place. New builds, renovations, remote projects and temporary work sites may need a dependable potable water supply before municipal connections are available or while existing systems are offline. The Water Bus provides bulk potable water delivery for construction and project sites throughout Red Deer and Central Alberta.

We work with contractors, site supervisors, property owners and project teams to help keep potable water available where permanent infrastructure is not yet ready.

Water Delivery for Active Job Sites

Every project is different. Some sites need a one-time delivery to an approved storage system. Others need recurring deliveries as work progresses. The right arrangement depends on the project, site access, storage capacity, crew requirements and how long temporary water will be needed.

  •  New residential construction

  •  Commercial and industrial construction

  •  Renovation and redevelopment projects

  •  Temporary work sites and site offices

  •  Projects waiting for permanent water connections

  •  Remote or rural construction locations

Need More Than Repeated Truck Deliveries?

For projects that need a larger on-site reserve, The Water Bus also offers a 6,000-gallon potable Water Skid rental. The insulated, heated unit is designed for temporary potable water storage and can be useful for longer-duration construction, remote sites and other projects where having a larger volume of water on location simplifies logistics.

The Water Skid requires a customer-supplied 240V / 60A power source. Delivery, rental duration, placement and site requirements should be discussed before booking.

Plan the Delivery Before the Truck Arrives

When you call, be ready to provide the project location, estimated water volume, storage or connection arrangement, site-access information and the expected duration of the water requirement. For active construction sites, tell us about any access restrictions, gate procedures or site-contact requirements that may affect delivery.
